Best known as the creator and producer of the PBS series, Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego?, Howard Blumenthal is the author of twenty-five books about American history, popular culture, marketing, creativity, business, and music. He has been a senior executive with several large media companies and a consultant in every area of the media business. He recently completed twelve years as CEO of an innovative public television company. His current/recent work includes a technology start-up in Austria, a fellowship in Uganda, and a home base at a public television station in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
